Braveheart surfing during the storm at Ocean Beach pier San Diego, California cited
The man who lifeguards describe as a very confident surfer jumped off the Ocean Beach pier Wednesday.
People on the beach clapped as the surfer made his way onto land.
Lifeguards weren't as enthusiastic though. They issued the surfer a citation. - cbs8.com
